Our goal is to reduce the world's consumption of plastic products and do our part for the environment.
After a tremendous amount of hard work from our team, we have developed a superior and cost-effective product that we believe will change the way people look at the packaging.
From designing, forming, and model processing to quality testing and delivering, we provide the best packaging solutions for your fruits, vegetables, eggs, and meat, and many more products keeping on track with high quality at low cost.

Pulp makes an excellent substitute to EPS and other thermoplastic solutions, with many advantages including:
- Pulp packaging can take a weight in excess of 80kg.
- Pulp packs are stackable this helps save on space and reduce delivery costs.
- Superior cushioning characteristic, pulp will outperform EPS in drop tests, particularly in successive tests when the foam will have crumbled, but the fibrous nature of pulp will keep offering protection.
- Space efficient, EPS utilizes density for cushioning; this is in comparison to pulp that cushions through shape. Pulp packs tend to be smaller for the same amount of cushion.
- Aesthetically pleasing, finer grades of pulp have a smooth high tolerance finish that consumers prefer, this puts us on an even footing with thermoplastic.
Molded Pulp
Moulded pulp, also names Molded plup or Moulded Fibre, is a packaging material, typically made from 100% recycled corrugated fibreboard and newspaper. It is used for protective packaging or for food service trays and beverage carriers. Other typical uses are end caps, trays and clamshell containers.
For many applications, Moulded pulp is less expensive than expanded polystyrene (EPS), vacuumed formed PET and PVC, corrugation and forms. Moulded pulp us often considered a sustainable packaging material, as defined by the Sustainable Packaging Coalition, since it is produced for recycled materials, and can be recycled again after its useful life-cycle.
Benefits of Pulp Molded Products
Protection:
- Absorbed Impact

- Static Neutral
- Configures to any complex or single shape
Cost:
- Reduce labor - no assembly required
- Lower unit cost compared to other forms of packaging
- Lower tooling cost
- Price fluctuations are minimal because pulp molding is not linked to gas, oil resin prices.
- Lower cost of disposal
Environment:
- Produced with 100% post- consumer waste
- 100% Biodegradable
